Upon graduation from High School in Rancho Cucamonga California, I joined the Navy. My first duty station was in Norfolk VA onboard the USS Gunston Hall LSD-44 (July 17, 1996). As an Interior Communications Electrician, there were great advancement opportunities, and working with cutting-edge electronics really appealed to me. The second tour of duty was at US Joint Forces Command Norfolk, VA. From July 2001 Until September of 2004. It was time to move on after 9 years in the Navy.

Using the skills acquired in the navy as a Telecommunications Analyst, I acquired a position at CACI as a government contractor. This job required travel to military bases, from Fort Lee(Southern Richmond area) to as far south into Fort Mcpherson Atlanta, Georgia. While working full-time for CACI, I obtained her real estate license.

In 2002 I married My husband Eric. We started investing in residential rental real estate. He had his house, I had my house, and we purchased our first house together. We have continued investing in Real Estate and we currently have a portfolio of 6 Single-family 2 townhouses, and 1 mixed-use building, 3 6 unit apartment buildings for a total of 30 units.

I've been in Virginia for over 20 years and have over a decade of experience in property management. I like helping people as well as helping the owners maintain their homes as I would my own.

A native of Virginia, and having spent 30-plus years in the automotive industry, I came aboard Doud Realty Services in April 2025 as the Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist.

I grew up in New York City and have been living in Virginia for over 30 years. I have 2 Beautiful children, an Awesome Grandson, and an amazing son-in-law. I obtained a degree in Information Technology and Culinary Arts. I previously worked for a reputable car rental company for over 20 years, where I handled customer service, reports, databases, PC assistance, and macros.

I enjoy helping people, and being with Doud Realty Services has given me the opportunity to do so. I not only get to utilize my office skills, but also create memorable relationships with the people I work with and our tenants.

Born and raised in the beautiful province of Eastern Samar in the Philippines, I moved to Manila to pursue my college education, where I studied Pharmacy. My career, however, eventually took me into the world of customer service, administration, and property management—fields where I discovered my passion for helping people, staying organized, and keeping operations running smoothly.

I’ve been part of the Doud Realty Services, Inc. team for over seven years. I’ve taken on a variety of administrative and property management responsibilities, including lease renewals, delinquency management, running Comparative Market Analysis (CMAs) for property owners, utility management, and providing day-to-day administrative support. Over the years, I had the opportunity to grow professionally while working alongside a team I consider more like family.

With more than seven years at Doud Realty Services, Inc., I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of a company that has allowed me to learn, grow, and build meaningful professional relationships. Although I work remotely from the other side of the world, I say the support, trust, and camaraderie of the team make the company feel like family.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and appreciating the simple moments that help keep me grounded. I am grateful for the journey that brought me to Doud Realty Services, Inc. and look forward to continuing to grow with the company for many years to come.

Hi! I’m a Real Estate Virtual Assistant from the Philippines with over 8 years of experience in the industry. I started my VA career in 2018 and have been proudly part of the Doud Realty Team since April 2019.

My background combines real estate operations, accounting, property management, and administrative support. Before becoming a VA, I spent more than three years in the BPO industry, where I developed strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. I also studied Business Operations Management and Accountancy, which strengthened my understanding of business and financial processes.

What I enjoy most about my work is being someone the team can depend on. I’m naturally detail-oriented, organized, and always willing to learn and take on new challenges. Being part of the Doud Realty Team for so many years has given me the opportunity to grow professionally, build meaningful working relationships, and contribute to the team’s success.

I grew up in San Diego California were I spent a lot of time building and remodeling homes with my father. I joined the Navy and that is what brought me to the Hampton Roads area. I bought my first house in Virginia Beach in1999. In that first property I was doing something that is called house hacking. I had two roommates that were paying me $350 a month each and my mortgage was less that $700. So I was living for free except for utilities.

I meet my future wife in 2001 and she had already owned a townhouse in Virginia Beach. We got married and bought a house together while keeping our original houses as rentals. In our first property together we did a live in flip. We lived there just over a year, did a complete remodel and sold for a profit. Since then we have purchased and rehabbed several single family homes that we still own as rentals.

Part of making the numbers work is looking at the after repairs cost and being able to cut costs by doing all the repairs your self. When the residential mortgage money dried up we started purchased Multi family properties with commercial financing.

As an investor, keeping repair cost low is the key to making a larger return on investment. In 2009 I got my Contractors license and started doing renovations, repairs and turnovers, for the property management business my wife started.
